How much are you paying and for what?

The much quoted number you pay for a kWh of electricity (energy cost, currently a stepped price of 9.40¢, and 11.00¢ above 579 kWhs per month) is only a fraction of what you pay for that energy. Added to that are other fees, plus a fixed charge which is added to the bill regardless of your consumption. This table shows the energy cost and all the other charges. Use this number to see how much you pay in total for each kWh of energy consumed.
